Spacious room with great amenities, but housekeeping service was lacking throughout my stay.

The location was perfect for a family trip with our kids and two dogs! We enjoyed the convenience of having our Bay View apartment, which provided us with ample space to relax together. The access to nearby parks and the beach was great for our pets and kids to explore.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement for a family-friendly environment.

However, there were maintenance issues with electricity and water for a day, which disrupted my experience, and the dining options were limited despite some good homemade bread available.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend pause in Miami Beach with best value for money ratio. The cleaning staff was excellent, making sure the room was tidy every day. Consider asking for a room away from the front desk to avoid noise.

We took full advantage of the hot tub and beach access for some serious relaxation. The only downside was that the carpet could use a good cleaning, but it didn't take away from our fun. 😊

A Disappointing Experience

Our stay was marred by poor service and maintenance issues. The staff seemed disinterested, and we faced unclean rooms without fresh towels or toilet paper. We dealt with a leaking AC and neglected elevators. Dining options were subpar. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they improve.

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking! I could spend all day just gazing at the ocean. However, not having housekeeping during my stay was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, a lovely getaway! 🌊

i had a great time at collins apartments by design suites. The location is perfect for heading to the beach. it’s super convenient. the room was spacious with a lovely view, and i enjoyed relaxing by the pool with added wi-fi access. plus, the arcade facilities were really fun.

Had an amazing group vacation here! The bar by the pool is a must-visit, and we enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. We also hit up some cool spots nearby. Just a heads up, there wasn't any daily cleaning service due to guidelines, but everything was tidy for us. I'd definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
